Do you resole edgeless shoes?

No, we currently don’t resole edgeless shoes although La Sportiva Theorys can be done by special request with an extra charge and longer turnaround.

Do you resole shoes that have previously been resoled?

Yes, with a few exceptions. If the shoes are inspected and found to be beyond repair then you will be notified. We will also only redo shoes that have been worked on by Llanberis Resoles, Rockworx Resoles and Cheshire Resoles.

Can you drop shoes at our workshop?

Yes, just send us an email through the contact form for more information.

How long will your resole take?

Normally resoles will take 7-10 days depending on the work that is needing done. You can always send an email or WhatsApp to ask for an update and we’ll keep you in the loop.

Do we do strap repairs and stitching?

We currently don’t offer strap repairs but do intend to offer that in the future. We can undertake stitching under certain circumstances.

What should you do if you have an issues with your resole?

If you have any issues with your resole it’s important to get in touch with us immediately so the problem can be rectified. We always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and there is no charge. We will cover postage as well and offer a discount on a future resole!
